History Of Applied Education
Chuck founded his first real estate investment business in 2004, buying and selling houses with little money and no credit. The company was so successful that it made in excess of a quarter of a million during its first year, and following years were even better. This allowed Chuck to leave the 9 to 5 workforce and never look back.
Chuck has spent in excess of $150,000 on real estate home study courses, events, seminars, boot camps, audio programs, and mentoring to learn everything about real estate. He has figured out what works because he learned through experience what doesn't work. Since his humble beginnings, Chuck has been involved in hundreds of real estate transactions using little money and no credit.
After a brief joint venture with a local coaching and training company, Chuck decided to take another leap and go out on his own - again in the field of education. With the help of his wife, Kristin, and some of his students, Chuck founded Applied Education.
Chuck continues to refine his skills and system with the changing market. After years of being put on a pedestal at local real estate clubs and being begged for his secrets, Chuck knew it was time to share. There is more than enough out there for those who want it. Chuck believes that it is his mission to empower people with his knowledge and show them how to get it done!
Chuck's latest achievements include The BUKO companies, and a string of real estate holding companies which provide both himself and members of his Inner Circle with passive income. In addition, on a quarterly basis, Chuck allows the members of his Holding Houses™ Class to purchase houses, allowing them to choose houses from his portfolio of performing assets. Having been extremely disappointed by other cash flow systems, Chuck vowed to create a system as turnkey as Hooked on Phonics, and he did it!
