HAFA Comes Up Short

Lots of our students who have been involved in short sales have been asking about the new HAFA (Home Affordable Foreclosure Alternatives Program) that took effect on April 5 of this year, and how it will affect them.

We're having a all-hands meeting on Thursday, April 22 from 6:30 PM - 9:30 PM at the Applied Education Offices to discuss the ins and outs of HAFA, what the financial incentives are for sellers, and what the new requirements are for borrowers and lenders.
